Saturday post . . . . .

Hi there,

This week's obsession appears to be anniversary cards ... I spotted a gap in my "stock" and, never one to do things by halves I've made four in the past three days, this is the fourth!

My card

The front, back and inside of my card, along with the front and back of my envelope

Materials used:
  • White C6/A2, 250gsm, card and matching sized envelope
  • Two pieces of card (one white and one pearlised purple) cut to 14.2cm x 10cm
  • One piece of card cut to 13.7cm x 9.5cm
  • Snippets of card in white, black and pearlised purple - for my image panel
  • Unknown unmounted rubber image and Hero Arts sentiment stamped using Versafine onyx black ink
  • Faber Castell polychromos pencils used to colour image and background
  • Memento rhubarb stalk ink applied through TCW stencil to simulate tiled "grounding" to my image and applied to the outer edges of the pearlised purple DCWV card (as it has a white core)
  • Gold/white satin ribbon attached using double sided tape

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. Little Miss Muffet - challenge No. 168 - ANYTHING GOES
  2. Crafty Gals Corner - challenge No. 134 - CELEBRATE
  3. Crafty Creations - challenge No. 347 - ANYTHING GOES
  4. Crafting by Design - August 2nd challenge - ANYTHING GOES

And now for another challenge make ....

My card
And a closer view of the colouring shine

The front, back and inside of my card along with the front and back of my envelope

Materials used:

  • Two pieces of card (one white and one textured orange/red) cut to 14.2cm x 10cm
  • One piece of white card cut to 13.7cm x 9.5cm
  • Sparkle 'n Sprinkle Christmas flamingo and greeting and MFT presents stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
  • Faber Castell polychromos pencils used to colour in what I HOPE are tropical fruit colours
  • Stardust stickles used to highlight and Plaid dimensional gloss to the "lights" and baubles
  • Wink of Stella clear glitter brush pen used to doodle over the feathers on the flamingo, for extra sparkle

I'll be entering the above for the following challenges:-
